sec.336 Interim managers
This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, a person was appointed as an interim manager for a funded non-government service provider; or an interim manager is appointed for a funded non-government service provider under section 335. The interim manager may exercise, or continue to exercise, a power under the unamended Act in relation to the service provider. For the purposes of subsection (2), the unamended Act continues to apply to the interim manager’s appointment as if the amending Act had not been enacted. s 336 ins 2014 No. 12 s 73 (sec.336-ssec.1) This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, a person was appointed as an interim manager for a funded non-government service provider; or an interim manager is appointed for a funded non-government service provider under section 335. (sec.336-ssec.2) The interim manager may exercise, or continue to exercise, a power under the unamended Act in relation to the service provider. (sec.336-ssec.3) For the purposes of subsection (2), the unamended Act continues to apply to the interim manager’s appointment as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
