sec.32A Application of part
This part applies in relation to the following service providers— the department; a funded service provider, other than a service provider that is another department; another service provider prescribed by regulation. However, this part does not apply in relation to a service provider— prescribed by regulation; or to the extent the service provider is providing disability services prescribed by regulation. s 32A ins 2019 No. 19 s 11 amd 2020 No. 39 s 70 sch 1 (sec.32A-ssec.1) This part applies in relation to the following service providers— the department; a funded service provider, other than a service provider that is another department; another service provider prescribed by regulation. (sec.32A-ssec.2) However, this part does not apply in relation to a service provider— prescribed by regulation; or to the extent the service provider is providing disability services prescribed by regulation.
- (a) the department;
- (b) a funded service provider, other than a service provider that is another department;
- (c) another service provider prescribed by regulation.
