sec.320 Existing application for reversal of decision refusing an eligibility declaration
This section applies if— before the commencement a person had made an application under section 107(2) to the chief executive; and immediately before the commencement the application had not been decided. At the commencement the amended Act applies and the chief executive may decide the application under the amended Act. s 320 ins 2013 No. 14 s 31 (sec.320-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement a person had made an application under section 107(2) to the chief executive; and immediately before the commencement the application had not been decided. (sec.320-ssec.2) At the commencement the amended Act applies and the chief executive may decide the application under the amended Act.
