sec.319 Other eligibility declarations
This section applies to a person if— before the commencement the chief executive had issued, or was taken to have issued, the person an eligibility declaration; and immediately before the commencement the person’s eligibility declaration had not expired; and at the commencement section 317 or 318 does not apply. At the commencement the amended Act applies to the person’s eligibility declaration. s 319 ins 2013 No. 14 s 31 (sec.319-ssec.1) This section applies to a person if— before the commencement the chief executive had issued, or was taken to have issued, the person an eligibility declaration; and immediately before the commencement the person’s eligibility declaration had not expired; and at the commencement section 317 or 318 does not apply. (sec.319-ssec.2) At the commencement the amended Act applies to the person’s eligibility declaration.
- (a) before the commencement the chief executive had issued, or was taken to have issued, the person an eligibility declaration; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement the person’s eligibility declaration had not expired; and
- (c) at the commencement section 317 or 318 does not apply.
