sec.312 Other positive exemption notices
This section applies if— before the commencement a person held a positive exemption notice; and immediately before the commencement the notice was current; and section 311 does not apply. At the commencement the amended Act applies to the positive exemption notice. s 312 ins 2013 No. 14 s 31 (sec.312-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement a person held a positive exemption notice; and immediately before the commencement the notice was current; and section 311 does not apply.
