sec.298 Provision about holders of CCYPCG positive notice
Sections 281 to 283 apply in relation to a prescribed notice application about the holder of a CCYPCG positive notice despite section 51. Sections 284 to 287 apply in relation to a current positive notice held by the holder of a CCYPCG positive notice at the commencement despite section 51. A current positive notice card or current negative notice held by the holder of a CCYPCG positive notice at the commencement continues in effect despite section 51 but subject to section 58. Section 95 applies to a current positive notice or current negative notice held by the holder of a CCYPCG positive notice at the commencement. A court may make an order under section 137 before the commencement stating that a person who holds a CCYPCG positive notice— may not hold a positive exemption notice, or apply for an exemption notice, for a stated period; or may never hold a positive exemption notice or apply for an exemption notice. s 298 ins 2010 No. 5 s 156 amd 2010 No. 33 s 122 (sec.298-ssec.1) Sections 281 to 283 apply in relation to a prescribed notice application about the holder of a CCYPCG positive notice despite section 51.
