sec.268 Explanation of sdiv 3
The amendments of provisions of part 5 of this Act by the amending Act are to commence in 2 stages. This subdivision provides for particular transitional arrangements for amendments of provisions of part 5 that are to commence in the first of the 2 stages. s 268 ins 2010 No. 5 s 156 (sec.268-ssec.1) The amendments of provisions of part 5 of this Act by the amending Act are to commence in 2 stages.
