sec.254 Requirement to assess adult if no authorised guardian
For section 253(1)(c)(ii), the requirements are that the relevant service provider must, during the compliance period, assess the adult to identify— the nature and causes of the adult’s behaviour that causes harm to the adult or others; and strategies for managing the adult’s behaviour that causes harm to the adult or others, and for meeting the adult’s needs. s 254 ins 2008 No. 23 s 12
