sec.241AA Review of particular matters
The Minister must review— section 32A ; and section 140 ; and the chief executive’s functions under part 6 , division 3 , subdivisions 2 and 3 ; and section 216 . The review must be completed within 1 year after the commencement. s 241AA ins 2019 No. 19 s 43 (sec.241AA-ssec.1) The Minister must review— section 32A ; and section 140 ; and the chief executive’s functions under part 6 , division 3 , subdivisions 2 and 3 ; and section 216 .
