sec.234 Delegation by Minister
The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified person who is a public service employee. However, the Minister must not delegate the review of the Act under section 240 . s 234 amd 2014 No. 12 s 66 (sec.234-ssec.1) The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified person who is a public service employee.
