sec.215 Funded service provider or NDIS service provider must keep records
A funded service provider or an NDIS service provider must make, and keep for the time prescribed under a regulation, the records prescribed under a regulation. Maximum penalty— for an individual guilty under chapter 2 of the Criminal Code of an offence—20 penalty units; or for a funded service provider—100 penalty units. s 215 amd 2013 No. 51 s 30; 2016 No. 9 s 45; 2020 No. 39 s 70 sch 1
- (a) for an individual guilty under chapter 2 of the Criminal Code of an offence—20 penalty units; or
- (b) for a funded service provider—100 penalty units.
