sec.211 Allegations of false or misleading information or document
In any proceeding for an offence against this Act defined as involving false or misleading information, or a false or misleading document, it is enough for a charge to state that the information or document was, without specifying which, ‘false or misleading’. s 211 amd 2009 No. 24 s 68 prev s 211 om 2014 No. 12 s 60
