sec.210 When proceeding may start
A proceeding for a summary offence against this Act must start within the later of the following periods to end— 1 year after the commission of the offence; 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the offence is committed. s 210 amd 2009 No. 24 s 67 prev s 210 om 2014 No. 12 s 60
- (a) 1 year after the commission of the offence;
- (b) 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the offence is committed.
