sec.202 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it— the chief executive’s appointment; the authority of the chief executive to do anything under this Act. s 202 amd 2014 No. 12 s 61
- (a) the chief executive’s appointment;
- (b) the authority of the chief executive to do anything under this Act.
