sec.200V Failure to answer questions
A person of whom a requirement is made under section 200S (1) (i) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. It is a reasonable excuse for the person to not comply with the requirement if complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person. s 200V ins 2016 No. 9 s 44 (sec.200V-ssec.1) A person of whom a requirement is made under section 200S (1) (i) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
