sec.200P Defect in relation to a warrant
A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with section 200L , 200M or 200N ; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular. In this section— warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 200O (3) . s 200P ins 2016 No. 9 s 44 (sec.200P-ssec.1) A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with section 200L , 200M or 200N ; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular. (sec.200P-ssec.2) In this section— warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 200O (3) .
- (a) the warrant; or
- (b) compliance with section 200L , 200M or 200N ;
