sec.19 Service delivery principles to be promoted by service providers
This division sets out the principles that service providers are encouraged to apply and promote in the development and implementation of services for people with disability. For subsection (1) , the application and promotion of the principles is encouraged to the extent they reasonably apply to a service provider. s 19 amd 2020 No. 39 s 70 sch 1 (sec.19-ssec.1) This division sets out the principles that service providers are encouraged to apply and promote in the development and implementation of services for people with disability.
