sec.174 Changing a positive behaviour support plan
A positive behaviour support plan that provides for use of chemical, mechanical or physical restraint may be changed by the relevant service provider only if— either— for a change relating to use of chemical restraint—the relevant service provider has consulted the adult’s treating doctor; or otherwise—the change is supported by the recommendations of an appropriately qualified person; and a guardian for a restrictive practice (general) matter for the adult consents to the change.
