sec.138ZZ False or misleading information
A person must not, for this part, give information, or a document containing information, that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular to— the chief executive; or an NDIS service provider or funded service provider that engages, or is proposing to engage, the person. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment. s 138ZZ ins 2020 No. 39 s 11
