sec.138ZS Review process must start with internal review
An affected person for a reviewable decision may apply to the tribunal for a review of the decision only if— the affected person has applied for an internal review of the decision; and the internal review application has been decided, or is taken to have been decided, under this division. s 138ZS ins 2020 No. 39 s 11
- (a) the affected person has applied for an internal review of the decision; and
- (b) the internal review application has been decided, or is taken to have been decided, under this division.
