sec.138W Chief executive to bear medical costs
The chief executive must bear the costs for the following amounts charged by the registered health practitioner for preparing a report about the relevant person’s mental health under this subdivision— the amount charged for examining the person to enable the health practitioner to prepare the report; the amount charged for preparing the report. s 138W ins 2020 No. 39 s 11
- (a) the amount charged for examining the person to enable the health practitioner to prepare the report;
- (b) the amount charged for preparing the report.
