sec.138A Provision about police commissioner’s obligation to provide information
A requirement under this subdivision for the police commissioner to give the chief executive information about a relevant person applies— only to information in the commissioner’s possession or to which the commissioner has access; and despite the Youth Justice Act 1992 , part 9 . s 138A ins 2020 No. 39 s 11
