sec.119 Cancelling clearance—disqualified person
The chief executive must cancel a person’s clearance if the person becomes a disqualified person. This section applies whether or not the person’s clearance is suspended under section 111 . s 119 ins 2010 No. 5 s 141 sub 2020 No. 39 s 11 (sec.119-ssec.1) The chief executive must cancel a person’s clearance if the person becomes a disqualified person.
