sec.114 When suspension of clearance ends
The suspension of the person’s clearance ends if— the chief executive decides to cancel the clearance under section 115 ; or the suspension ends under section 118 ; or the clearance is otherwise cancelled under this division. s 114 sub 2020 No. 39 s 11
- (a) the chief executive decides to cancel the clearance under section 115 ; or
- (b) the suspension ends under section 118 ; or
- (c) the clearance is otherwise cancelled under this division.
