#### 34 Delegation by Secretary (1) The Secretary may, by writing signed by the Secretary: (a) delegate to an officer all or any of the powers of the Secretary under Part III; and (b) delegate to an APS employee in the Department all or any of the Secretary’s other powers under this Act, other than the power to give approvals under subsection 6B(1). (2) In exercising powers under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Secretary.
