#### 14K Review of services funded under Part II
The Minister must ensure that, at intervals of not more than 5 years, a review is conducted of the extent to which a State or an eligible organisation that has received a grant of financial assistance under this Part in respect of the provision of an eligible service, an employment service or an advocacy service has fulfilled the terms and conditions on which the grant was made.
