204 Definition of *relevant entity*
S. 204 def. of relevant entity amended by No. 39/2022 s. 822(3) (as amended by No. 20/2023 s. 49(12)).
relevant entity means—
(a) the Health Complaints Commissioner; or
(b) the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission; or
(c) the Public Advocate; or
(d) any entity of the Commonwealth or another State or a Territory that is equivalent to an entity referred to in paragraph (a), (b) or (c); or
(e) the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission; or
(f) a registration authority within the meaning of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law.
