167 Unsuitability to hold non-practising registration
The Board may decide that an individual is not a suitable person to hold non-practising registration if—
S. 167(a) substituted by No. 9/2023 s. 136.
(a) having regard to one of the following, the individual is not a fit and proper person to hold non-practising registration—
(b) taking into account any other circumstances, the individual is not a fit and proper person to hold non-practising registration.
