162 Limited registration in public interest
(1) An individual may apply for limited registration to enable the individual to practise as a disability worker for a limited time or in a limited scope.
(2) An individual is qualified for limited registration for the purpose set out in subsection (1) if the Board is satisfied that it is in the public interest for an individual with the individual's qualifications and experience to practise as a disability worker for that limited time or in that limited scope.
