147 Approval of accreditation standards
(1) The Board must submit a proposed accreditation standard for approval by the Minister if it relates to—
(a) qualifications, supervised practice, examinations for registration or the scope of practice of registered disability workers; or
(b) matters that may have a substantive adverse impact on the recruitment or supply of the disability workforce.
(2) The Minister may approve an accreditation standard referred to in subsection (1) if its approval is recommended by the Board.
