142 Minister may give policy directions or request review

(1) The Minister may give policy directions to the Board about the policies to be applied by the Board in exercising its functions under this Act, including, but not limited to, consideration of proposed registration standards or guidelines submitted under section 141 for approval.

(2) The Board must comply with a policy direction given to it by the Minister under this section.

(3) The Minister may ask the Board to review an approved or proposed registration standard or guideline.
