120 Investigation of matter referred by Minister

S. 120(1) amended by No. 58/2025 s. 22.

(1) The Minister may refer to the Commission for investigation any matter in relation to which a complaint or notification about an unregistered disability worker may be made under this Act.

(2) The Commission may investigate a matter referred under subsection (1).
