6 Appointment of chairperson and deputy chairperson of Disability Council—the Act, s 16
(1) For the Act, section 16(5)(b), the Minister must, by written instrument, appoint a member of the Disability Council as the chairperson of the Council.
(2) For the Act, section 16(6), the Minister must, by written instrument, appoint a member of the Disability Council as the deputy chairperson of the Council.
