5 Day from which certain public authorities must prepare and make disability inclusion action plans—the Act, s 12

For the Act, section 12(1), the prescribed day is the day that is 6 months after—

(a) for a government department or a local council established after the commencement of this regulation—the day on which the department or council is established, or

(b) for an entity prescribed as a public authority under the Act, section 7(1), definition of public authority, paragraph (c) after the commencement of this regulation—the day on which the entity is prescribed.
