Part 8—National Disability Insurance Scheme 25—Regulations for the purpose of implementing etc the National Disability Insurance Scheme (1) The Governor may make regulations providing for, or relating to, the transition to the National Disability Insurance Scheme. (2) Without limiting the matters that may be the subject of regulations under this section, the regulations may make provisions— (a) providing for the exchange of records or information for the purposes of the NDIS; (b) of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 of the Commonwealth, on the amendment of that Act or on the making of regulations under that Act.
