#### 43 Delegations 43 Delegations > > (1) The Minister may delegate to the Secretary any of the Minister’s functions under this Act, other than this power of delegation. > > > (2) The Secretary may delegate to an appropriately qualified employee of the Department any of the Secretary’s functions under this Act. > > > (3) However, the Secretary may delegate a function delegated to the Secretary under subsection (1) only if authorised in writing to do so by the Minister.
