61B Specialist forensic disability accommodation (1) The Secretary may in writing determine that accommodation provided by a disability service provider that provides forensic disability support and treatment to people with— (a) an intellectual disability; or (b) an acquired brain injury or neurological impairment that is a disability within the meaning of paragraph (a) of the definition of ***disability***— is specialist forensic disability accommodation. (2) The Secretary must give the Public Advocate written notice of any determination made under subsection (1) no later than 7 days after making the determination.
