262 Residential treatment facilities (1) If immediately before the day on which Part 3 of the **Disability and Social Services Regulation Amendment Act 2023** comes into operation a residential treatment facility is classified as a short-term residential treatment facility or a long-term residential treatment facility, on and from that day the facility is taken to be a residential treatment facility without further classification. (2) The facility operated by the Secretary immediately before the day on which Part 3 of the **Disability and Social Services Regulation Amendment Act 2023** comes into operation known as the Intensive Residential Treatment Program of the Statewide Forensic Service is taken, on and from that day, to be a residential treatment facility without further classification.
