257 Public Advocate reports If a report is made under section 132ZS(4) or 143(2) before the commencement day, on and from the commencement day— (a) in the case of a report made more than 28 days before the commencement day, this Act as in force immediately before the commencement day continues to apply in respect of the report; or (b) in the case of a report made within 28 days before the commencement day, this Act as amended by the **Disability and Social Services Regulation Amendment Act 2023** applies in respect of the report.
