249 Approval of accommodation

On and from the commencement day, the Senior Practitioner may approve accommodation under section 187 as substituted by the Disability and Social Services Regulation Amendment Act 2023 for a person in respect of whom a supervised treatment order, or an application for a supervised treatment order, was made before the commencement day.
