219 Evidentiary
(1) In proceedings under this Act, no proof is required—
(a) of an order or authority to bring proceedings; or
(b) of the appointment of the Secretary or an authorised officer.

(2) A copy of an order, direction, authority, decision or notice made or given under this Act by the Minister, the Secretary or the Senior Practitioner and signed and certified by the Minister, the Secretary or the Senior Practitioner to be a true copy and to have been so made or given is evidence of the making or giving of the order, direction, authority, decision or notice.
