215 Legal professional privilege or client legal privilege It is a defence to an offence against this Act for a person to refuse or fail to give information or do any other thing that the person is required to do by or under this Act, if the giving of the information or the doing of that other thing would be a breach of legal professional privilege or client legal privilege. S. 216 repealed by No. 13/2013 s. 55.
