196B Senior Practitioner to notify NDIS Commissioner about certain matters The Senior Practitioner must give written notice to the NDIS Commissioner if one or more of the following occurs in relation to an NDIS participant subject to a supervised treatment order or interim supervised treatment order obtained by an Authorised Program Officer for a registered NDIS provider— (a) VCAT makes an interim supervised treatment order or a supervised treatment order; (b) the Senior Practitioner approves a material change made to a treatment plan under section 195(3), (5) or (5B); (c) VCAT confirms a variation to a treatment plan under section 196 that involves a material change of a kind referred to in section 195; (d) the supervised treatment order is varied or revoked under section 196 or expires.
