194B Responsibilities of disability service providers and registered NDIS providers (1) A disability service provider or a registered NDIS provider specified in a treatment plan under a supervised treatment order (other than the primary service provider) must take reasonable steps to ensure that the provider does not cause the person who is subject to the supervised treatment order to contravene that order. (2) A disability service provider or a registered NDIS provider specified in a treatment plan under a supervised treatment order (other than the primary service provider) must notify the Senior Practitioner and the primary service provider as soon as practicable after becoming aware that the person who is subject to the supervised treatment order has contravened a condition of the order.
