188 Senior Practitioner must notify Public Advocate of approved accommodation (1) The Senior Practitioner, within 7 days of approving accommodation under section 187, must notify the Public Advocate of that approval. (2) A notification under subsection (1) must include the expiry date of the approval, if any. (3) The Senior Practitioner, within 7 days of revoking an approval under section 187, must notify the Public Advocate of that revocation.
