183 Purpose of Division The purpose of this Division is to provide for the making of a civil order, a supervised treatment order, to enable the detention by a disability service provider or a registered NDIS provider of a person with an intellectual disability who poses a significant risk of serious harm to others. S. 184 repealed by No. 22/2012 s. 76, new s. 184 inserted by No. 19/2019 s. 92.
