161 Transfer of resident to another residential treatment facility S. 161(1) amended by No. 19/2019 s. 133(2). (1) The Secretary at the request of the Senior Practitioner or the Authorised Program Officer may by order direct the transfer of a resident detained in a residential treatment facility to another residential treatment facility if the Secretary is satisfied that the transfer will enable that person's treatment plan to be more effectively implemented. (2) If a resident detained in a residential treatment facility is transferred to another residential treatment facility any documents relevant to the detention and care of the resident must be forwarded at the same time to that residential treatment facility.
