105 Report on complaints S. 105(1) substituted by No. 37/2021 s. 366. (1) A disability service provider must provide an annual report to the Disability Services Commissioner including information about— (a) the number and type of complaints received by the disability service provider in respect of disability services provided by the disability service provider; and (b) the outcome of those complaints. S. 105(2) inserted by No. 33/2017 s. 11. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a disability service provider who is an exempt service provider.
