D3.0 Deemed‑to‑satisfy provisions
(1) The Performance Requirements of clauses DP1, DP4, DP6, DP8 and DP9 are satisfied by complying with:
(a) clauses D3.1 to D3.12; and
(b) for public transport buildings—Part H2.
(2) Performance Requirement DP7 must be complied with if lifts are to be used to assist occupants to evacuate a building.
