#### 34 Annual report 34 Annual report > > (1) As soon as practicable after 30 June, but on or before 31 December, in each year, the Director shall prepare and forward to the Attorney General a report of the work and activities of the Director for the 12 months ending on 30 June in that year. > > > (2) The Attorney General shall lay the report or cause it to be laid before both Houses of Parliament as soon as practicable after receiving the report. > > > (3) The report shall not identify persons who have been the subject of consideration under this Act in relation to alleged offences, unless the persons have appeared before a court in relation to the alleged offences.
